I took that as a sign to change the title. Popular culture has redefined what it means to be a man over the last few decades through television, film, music, and print. The image of manhood is a caricature of what it should be and once was. If men are confused about what it means to be a man, how are women to know how to choose good men from bad ones out of the various men that pursue an interest in them?

Warrington, PA – Your school nurse wasn’t just there to tell you to lay down while she called your mother to come pick you up. She was an integral part of your development too, helping you to understand what it meant to be safe and empowered and healthy. So it makes sense that a school nurse could one day write a book, drawing on her empathy for children.
Rosemarie Kaupp is the author of The Amberella Tales, a series of children’s books. Though not trained as a writer, Rosemarie has worked with children as a school nurse for over 30 years.
“I understand children so well that it’s very easy for me to write for them,” says Rosemarie. “I understand their behavior: what they like, what they don’t like and what they’re looking for when they read.”
The Amberella Tales is a doggie Cinderella story. The first book of the series, Amberella in the City, follows Amberella, a part Staffordshire terrier, part Welsh-corgi puppy born in the country that moves to the city with her new family. This was followed by Amberella and Double Double Trouble. Rosemarie is currently working on a third book, Amberella and the Troublesome Nine.
Rosemarie was inspired to write The Amberella Tales, after losing her son when he was 23 years old.
“I loved reading to my son when he was little and remembered how much he enjoyed it too,” recalls Rosemarie. “As I wrote, it helped me grieve, but also move forward.
“I would like people to know that even if you experience tragedy, it is possible to move forward. It’s possible to have a productive life again. Your life will never be the same but it can be a good life."

Into the Cosmos ~ Episode 3

The Cosmos have taken all six points from their first two outings of the year, and are coming off another impressive performance against the Jacksonville Armada this past weekend at Shuart Stadium.
Our guest this week is nominated for Goal of the Week in the NASL, as Adam Moffat joins Ej and Frank to talk about the goal, which was assisted by Niko Kranjcar just outside the Armada 18 yard box.
Adam also discusses his time in the MLS, the injuries that held him out of last year's post season, while giving us some insight on the preparation for four road games over the next five contests for the NY Cosmos.

What will it cost you to grafity your feelings of the immediate moment?
In Genesis 25: 32-34 it costed Esau a lot. It was just another meal to Esau. It was all so casual.From Jacob’s story we can see that God at times allows others to succeed because He has a greater lesson to teach that person at a later time. God’s timing is strategic.The cunning hunter fell into a better hunter’s trap, becoming prey to his own appetite.32 Esau valued his birthright so cheaply that he sold it for a bowl of stew in the same way. He “despised” it. Satan is constantly tempting us to forfeit the eternal riches of our spiritual inheritance in Christ for the pleasure of immediate gratification: An evening of watching ungodly programming on the TV, an illicit affair, financial compromise to get ahead, lusting after money or material things, letting loose our anger in abandonment of reason, succumbing to depression without check, or cursing God in despair or disappointment. We are in constant danger of being tempted to give up something very precious in order to indulge a sudden strong desire. Any temptation to gratify the “feelings” of the immediate moment in a way that shows we “despise” the promises of the living God for our future. Whatever you do make sure that your life is bent on accomplishing God’s will God’s way.He wants us to accomplish His will His way.At the very heart of Esau’s demise is the sad reality that he did not believe the word of God. God’s promise was, to him, intentional and unreal. Many believers are like Esau. There is a wreckage of lives to prove this.

Good afternoon! We are back at it, here in the Stand Up for Christ community speaking on Holiness. Does God care about how we as belivers look? Does our outward appearance really matter to the Lord? In todays' teaching we will talk all about. I am going to share a short sound bite with you all from a church service. A woman being led by the Lord came with a Word of correction for the actress Megan Good, regarding her attire. I want you to hear her husband, Pastor Devon Franklin's response to his wife being chastened by the Lord. You all can do as John 7:24 says, and judge rightly for yourselves.
