She investigated allegations of abuse, neglect, improper nursing care and misuse of resident funds. Additionally, Carol reviewed records, laws, and procedures, investigating and surveying legal and policy compliance. Carol is an alumnus of Moraine Valley Community College, the University of Illinois at Chicago and Lewis University.

Detoxification Is Essential
The cells of the body must be functioning well for good health. They need a large range of nutrients and oxygen, removal of toxins and relaxing of stress.
We are being overwhelmed with public poisons in our food, air, water, home, car, etc., as well as self-toxification from poor food choices and waste accumulation in the colon that is reabsorbed and recycled, irritating tissues and deteriorating organs.
It is crucial that detoxification be engaged periodically. The liver must be healthy to do a good job of cleaning the blood. The lungs, kidneys, colon and skin are also involved in the elimination process and need to function well. Periodic intentional detoxification of the organs of elimination is essential for good health.
A far infrared sauna is now an important health tool to utilize routinely. Far Infrared Ray is a safe and beneficial part of the light spectrum. Warming to the point of sweating out toxins in a FIR sauna is a valuable support of good health.
A thorough program of detoxification including colon cleansing, pure water, oxygen, detox agents, dietary improvement, lymph movement and perspiration is crucial to be healthy.

I oversaw the complete rebuilding of our Law Enforcement Environment: NO MORE Center Of Mass Shootings, BUY TIME, UNLESS DIRE, STEP BACK, BRING IN SAFE EXTRACTION. this is a sore point. there are times when you don't need to fire 46 rounds at someone. I oversaw the complete rebuilding of our IRS's IRC. i ovewrsaw the complete revamping of our military's safety. i answered a hundred calls. i met with many legislators. i am getting started on my night's work. Visitors are coming over. Time for a sandwich. A kiss to Shirley.

It is week 14 now in our historic 1st season, We have about 7-8 seeds in each conference battling for those 6 playoff spots, While some teams are prepping for the offseason and preparing to reload for next season. I would like to thank the everybody for getting their games in and playing with integrity & resepect, Also there are some who need to work on their sportsmanship. Once again, I will not tolerate disrespect that is directed to me or any of our fellow members of the League. Trash talk is only tolerated when its game related & please no name calling either. Good job to all of you guys who stuck it out & that are still with us since the begginning, Season 1 is almost at an end. Lets finish this season strong MyEcon. Shout out to the Seahawks & Browns who are preparing to play Game of the Year.
