is the author of the trilogy "House of Darkness House of Light".
These books chronicle the childhood she shared with dead
and living alike in a Colonial era farmhouse in Harrisville, R.I. during the 1970's.
A collective memoir, the books detail the encounters experienced by every member of her family.
Andrea received a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Chatham College, graduating in 1980.
Andrea is a human rights advocate, an animal rights activist and an outspoken member
of the global community. "House of Darkness House of Light" is no ordinary ghost story.
Andrea describes their old home place in the country as a portal cleverly disguised as a farmhouse.
The feature film "The Conjuring" portrays elements of the story in broad, sweeping strokes,
painting a motion picture of the struggle between good and evil as the triumph of love over fear.
Many aspects of the film were fictionalized but the books tell the whole truth. "The Conjuring" was based

12 seeds AK Little-Rock and Yale continue a yearly occurrence in NCAA Tournament
Putting together your NCAA bracket usually starts by looking at the five vs. twelve matchup. Every year you can count on at least one 12 seed winning. Early today, both 12 seeds, Arkansas Little-Rock and Yale both took down big time programs. Arkansas Little-Rock needed double overtime but took down Purdue from the Big Ten. Yale who hails from the Ivy League took down a good Baylor team from the Big 12.
At the point this preview was written, no other teams were on the cusp of upseting a higher seed. Buffalo gave Miami all they could handle today, but the Hurricanes size ultimately wore down Buffalo. Florida Gulf Coast hung in with top seeded North Carolina for 20 minutes and then they forgot the cinderella slippers in the locker room as the Tar Heels dominated the beginning of the second half.
