This is a continuation to the other show I did on steps we can take to improve our heatlh.
In this show I will speak on nutrition again, but would also like to share everyday things we can do to maximize the blessing of life. It is those little things that we allow the Lord to help us change that lead to bigger and bigger things. Some people are able to do things cold turkey and I have done so in certain areas of health, but many times things happen gradually.

Domestic Violence is one person´s systematic use of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse in order to have power and control over someone else. It is also referred to as abuse, assault, verbal abuse, intimate partner violence, "family" violence, wife battering, and spousal abuse. Domestic violence can happen to anyone, regardless of race, age, social status, educational level, or gender (sex). Domestic violence is caused by the abuser´s feeling that he has a right to control someone else, not by anything the victim does. The abuser makes a choice to be violent. Most acts of domestic violence (more than 95%) are committed by men against their female partners. Domestic violence can also occur in same-sex relationships. Studies show that the majority of women who abuse male partners have been previously abused by these male partners and are now using violence in an effort to get them to stop. The next largest group of female batterers were women who had been abused by some other male partner in their past and now wanted to insure that no one would ever physically harm them again. The smallest group of female batterers were those who battered for the same reason males batter - in order to gain power and control over their partner. (reference Jeffrey Edleson, Ph.D.) According to "Intimate Partner Violence in Oregon," a report released in April of 2004 by the Oregon Department of Public Health, "Women´s risk of intimate partner violence is three times higher than men's risk. . . women are 7 to 14 times more likely to be seriously injured or killed [and] the rate of intimate partner homicide is four times higher for Oregon women than for Oregon men. The magnitude of this problem far exceeds many other threats to the health and quality of life of Oregon women." If he weren't all wise, it'd be dangerous to pray; after all, who'd want to ask an all-powerful but foolish person to do anything? But God is both perfectly wise and infinitely powerful, which is why you and I can pray with confidence.

Talking in Circles: Las Vegas Review; Jimmie Johnson Underrated; Phoenix Preview
On tonight's episode we'll be joined by John Harlow, as we discuss the racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, as Brad Keselowski wins the Kobalt 400, after chasing down and passing Kyle Busch in the closing laps of the race. We'll talk about the package and whether or not it was a good racing, and better than we saw in 2015.
Also, we'll talk about Jimmie Johnson. An interesting topic was brought up to one of our hosts the other night, and so we'll discuss it. Why isn't Jimmie Johnson, with 76 wins, and six championships, more popular than he is? The guys will break down why they think Jimmie doesn't seem to draw as big of a crowd.
Also, we'll discuss the Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas as well, as Kyle Busch, once again dominates the race and wins from the pole for the second straight racing, leading all but one lap, and we'll talk about the health of the series as a whole.
Injured driver Tony Stewart gave an update on his condition, as he finally has a rehab program in place, we'll talk about when we may or may not see the 3-time Champ in 2016.
Finally, we'll discuss and preview the racing at Phoenix and discuss what kind of racing we think we'll see from them at Phoenix as it's a double-header weekend.

Director of JCI South Africa- Herman Ssebuliba shares on Good Deeds
Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the constantly changing world that we live in ,
waiting to understand and explore the causes and effects of current and future human
interactions. During my teenage years associating with people of different backgrounds and
cultures and reading internationally recognized magazines and journals.,
I was born in Uganda a country which had civil wars and political instability. After the current
regime’s revolution and born of democracy, the radical change helped me to widen my
perspective and see the world from a different point of view. Today I am traveler, having visited
more than 16 countries. I have attended five exchange programs with partner schools, one in
Rwanda, Zambia, Botswana, Tanzania and South Africa.
I like challenges, but also because I believed I will obtain a lot of all-around
knowledge and skills from them. Geography and Agriculture have helped me understand the
physical and abstract world around me, while English and Luganda my native language have
shown the beauty of literature which has become a great passion for me.
Aside from academia. I have a passion for a number of hobbies, motivational speaking, social
interaction, sports, filming. My purpose in life is to serve with love, and to awaken, inspire and
empower others through who I am. I am my Creator's child and I am making a difference.
